- Oversee and improve end-to-end supply chain processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost overall performance.
- Manage supplier relationships, including selection, monitoring, and contract negotiation, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
- Establish and enforce quality control standards across the supply chain and conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Lead initiatives to resolve supply chain disruptions and quality issues while working closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Monitor supply chain and quality metrics, forecast demand, report KPIs, and drive ongoing improvement projects.
Ihre Stärken
Requirements:- University degree in aircraft construction, engineering or supply chain quality
- 2 years experience in aircraft construction, manufacturing engineering, quality management and supply chain
- Deep understanding of Python and SAP necessary
- Good understanding of KAIZEN, lean management, project management and total quality management
- Strong proficiency in supply chain planning tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Solid understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) principles
- Advanced german and business fluent english
